I did Pamela Reif workouts for 3 months and here’s what happened

Hey again friends. I tried to find different ways on how to communicate my journey using Pamela Reif workouts and I decided narrating it this way would be best. You can call this video another version of a “Before and After Pamela Reif Workouts”, but its much more than that! At least to me anyway. Along the way, I’ve learned about my past mistakes and created goals with more intention. I’m truly proud to see how far I’ve gone and how I’ve been able to do it.
