Post workout is a really important time to eat! You need to fuel your body to stop the breakdown of any muscles. Protein again is a must! Or even a piece of fruit, a protein shake or bar, but a little portion carbs and protein are usually the best way to go.
If you’ve worked out really hard then this is when you’ve earned your starchy carbs because your body is craving it and you’ve worked hard!
But still we recommend sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes because they’re just so much better for you!
If you want to have a toned body and muscle definition then you need to be putting the right things into your body at the right time!
You’ll need to get to work out what’s best for you by listening to your body and learning what feels right!
