This beginner-friendly workout is perfect for those who have PCOS or even are going through menopause. This workout is slower paced and fun to even do with a girlfriend.

Take your time with each of the exercises and keep breathing deep throughout the exercises. The workout is less than 20 minutes and will go by super fast!
