The Triangle Pose: Anatomy, Common Problems & Solutions

The Triangle Pose or Trikonasana is a yoga pose that stretches the thigh, core and chest muscles.
This pose has many benefits: It helps with balance and stability, strengthens the core muscles, and is improves spinal mobility.

There are a few common limitations in this pose, mostly due to weak or shortened muscles.

In this video we will go through an anatomical analysis of the active and stretched muscles, discuss common problems and will offer practical adaptations and solutions to these problems.
