It’s time to present something new. This video is a quick lesson and a bit of a secret to improving your balance in asanas. In a normal format of a yoga lesson on youtube, or in the format of an in-person class it isn’t alway easy for teachers to pass on the specifics or details of what makes yoga so special.
This new series, ‘Yoga Tips – A yoga lesson…’ are designed to fill in that space.
I want to pass on to you all the intricate novelties that I have learnt over the years which will take your understanding of yoga, and your practice to the next level.
