Alternate between workout A and workout B, leaving at least one day of rest in between. You can do each of these once per week or up to every other day.

8-10 deadlift | 3 sets

8-10 pull up
12 lat pushdown

10 hip thrust | 3 sets

12 chest fly
12 lateral raises

superset | 3 sets
