1 scoop of your favourite whey protein.
15-20g nuts
Step 1
Add 60 grams of oats in a bowl
Step 2
Add approx 100ml milk
Step 3
Add 1t spoon cocoa powder
Step 4
heat the mixture in microwave for 30-40 sec
Step 5
Add 1 scoop (30g) of your favourite whey protein
Mix well and enjoy.
