HAMBUGER BOWLS
1 pound of ground turkey/beef
sweet potato puffs
1 red onion
tomatoes
lettuce
gainz burger sauce/or mustard
jalepenos
shredded cheese
-brown your meat and season, making sure to drain the grease. chop your vegetables and throw into a bowl. Add in your meat and favorite hamburger toppings. Enjoy with burger sauce or mustard and you are done!

ROTISSERIE CHICKEN WRAPS
your choice of wraps or tortillas
tomato
lettuce
rotisserie chicken
gainz sweet papi sauce or honey mustard
-chop your veggies and shred your chicken onto a wrap of your choice and enjoy with your choice of sauce on top for a simple and quick lunch!

EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
1 pound of ground turkey/beef
1 package of slaw/chopped cabbage and carrots mixture
1 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 cup of soy sauce or coconut aminos
sesame sticks for toppings
gainz takeout sauce or siracha/teriyaki
-cook your meat and drain grease. saute your slaw mixture and add in ginger and soy. let cook on medium heat until slaw if soft. top with sesame sticks and your choice of sauce and enjoy!

CHICKEN SALAD LETTUCE WRAPS
romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup chopped celery
1.2 cup chopped grapes
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
shredded rotisserie chicken
salt and pepper
uncle chris’ steak seasoning
-mix all ingredients together well and eat on lettuce wraps, bread or crackers!
