In today’s video we are going to be making go-to healthy meal prep!
I go shopping at WinCo & even got our glass meal prep containers there for a better price than Amazon!
Recipe is for 2 people:
2 packages of the thin sliced chicken breasts (425 for 18 minutes)
1 package of bacon (lined on bottom. Mix after 10 minutes)
5 Carrots
2 Cucumbers
2 Green squash (looks like mini cucumbers)
2 Red Bell Peppers
Rice (1 cup per lunch)
