Join host, choreographer, and content creator Sheela Awe for a 10-minute TikTok-inspired dance workout with Lilian Gonzalez and Melissa Westlake. You’ll do a quick warmup then get your heart rate up with some of the internet’s most popular TikTok moves, like the citirokk, booty pops, body rolls, and so much more. Don’t worry if it’s your first time learning TikTok-inspired dances. Awe starts off slow so you can master the moves, then speeds it up. Just like on TikTok, this routine is done completely in place, so you don’t need too much space to move.
Awe is a content creator, host, choreographer, and entertainer born in South Korea, raised in Southeast Asia, and educated at The New School in New York. She loves including humor in her content because she thinks laughter is the best medicine.
