Hey yogis, in today’s video I’m going to show you how you can master tree pose, called Vrksasana in Sanskrit. Tree pose is tricky because it requires you to balance on one leg, but I’m confident that these tips will help you make the balancing process a bit easier 🙂

There are some common misalignment and misconceptions about tree pose. It is not passive! You should feel the burn in your supporting leg. There is a lot that needs to be engaged in order to find stability and be in proper alignment. I hope you find this helpful.
