Welcome to Bruno Coaching! Get a detailed 1 week work out plan especially designed for women in the Beginner to Intermediate stage. There’s a Monday to Sunday plan with exercises, images, warm ups and cooldown exercises plus useful information about using supplements.

Feel empowered and excited to get in that gym and build yourself for the better. Rachel knows what it’s like to start from scratch (she could hardly lift a 45-pound barbell when she started!) and to build strength and speed the right way. She is a former decorated DII collegiate athlete (track and field).
