Weight Training for beginners – Full Body bodyweight Workout for Women over 50. Hi thanks for joining me, I’m Rae from Live Yourself Young and if you’ve seen any of my other videos then you will know my mission is to encourage other women in their 50s to start weight training. And I’ve been promising you a beginners basic full body bodyweight workout to get you started. So this workout has 10 exercises which can all be progressed with resistance bands, dumbbells and different variations and this is perfect for you to get started, learn how to do the exercises and start your weight training journey. All you need is a chair, a wall, a towel and of course a drink of water.
