Common Knowledge.

If you alter how often you eat and what you eat, meaning eating less sugar, less processed foods, taking less medications, drinking more water, cutting out bread and milk products
your body begins to burn the fat and you slowly start to lose weight.
Build your muscles slowly during this time with your own weight to be pain free.

Keep active, meditate and make awesome changes for yourself during this time.
Think positive, your life will project your thoughts.

If we all focus on self healing , relaxing, letting go of bad memories which are often suppressed, your body will slowly heal as you allow yourself to release these things.

If you focus on your body and breathe into the pain and relax the pain will go away.
Stretch daily to see results, go slow breathe deeply imagine yourself in a pain free body.
Also try new things keep your mind active. Get away from sitting in front of the computer all day.
