A little TMI, I had sever bloating so bad that i thought i was going to have to go to the hospital! A few hours went by and i got the strength to do a down dog and i instantly let out the LOUDEST relieving fart… so i offer this class from experience and HOPE that you can find relief too haha (You can totally laugh)
Aside from that, this is an amazing yoga detox that massages the internal organs.
