In this 30 minutes class we work on some yoga poses and Bandhas that helps boost female reproductive organ’s health. Join me to feel stronger & strengthen your most important organ as a female.
We start with Mula Banda-one of the most important locks in Yoga followed by Yoga asana such as
Nauka Chalanasana
Sitted Parvatasana
Chakki Chalansana
Virasana with gyan mudra
Chopping wood asana
squats+uttanasana
Padangustasana
Padhastasna
Ardha matsyendra asana
